I never actually had a bird. To my way of thinking, they're really a pet-substitute. But I guess parrots or other talking birds would be neat pets.

Their names are Spats and Bowtie, although we call Bowtie "Bo Bo" for short. We used to have a cat called Tuxedo, and someday we may have one named cumberbund.
